The essentials first
This website is a static information site. It sets no cookies and uses no analytics or tracking services, no ad networks and no social media plugins.
All resources - including the fonts - are loaded directly from our own server. No third-party content (such as Google Fonts or CDNs) is embedded.
Hosting and server log files
The website is hosted by SkyLime GmbH, Eichstädter Weg 10, 13509 Berlin, Germany. When you access it, the web server automatically processes technically necessary access data: IP address, date and time of the request, page requested, volume of data transferred, browser type and version, operating system and the previously visited page (referrer).
This data serves solely the technical operation, stability and security of the website (legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR - legitimate interest). It is not merged with other data sources and is deleted once it is no longer required for these purposes.
Getting in touch
Through the contact areas of this website you reach us via an email link. The request is composed in your own email client and sent to us; the website itself stores no form input.
We process the data you send us (e.g. name, company, email address and message) solely to handle your request (legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR for contract-related requests, otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). The correspondence is deleted once it is no longer required and no statutory retention obligations apply.
Use of the portal and apps
The use of Event Job itself does not take place on this website but in the portal at portal.eventjob.at and in the associated apps. Separate privacy notices apply to the data processed there.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have, in particular, the following rights:
- Access to the data processed (Art. 15 GDPR)
- Rectification of inaccurate data (Art. 16 GDPR)
- Erasure (Art. 17 GDPR)
- Restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR)
- Data portability (Art. 20 GDPR)
- Objection to processing based on legitimate interests (Art. 21 GDPR)
Right to complain
For any concern, contact us informally at mail@eventjob.at. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Austrian Data Protection Authority: https://www.dsb.gv.at.
Changes to this policy
We adapt this privacy policy when the website or the legal situation changes. The version published here at any given time applies.
