What exactly is Event Job?
Event Job is a staffing and compliance platform for large events. Companies license the platform and run their events on it - from recruiting and rostering through on-site operations to payroll. We operate the platform; it is used by event organisers, security and staffing providers.
How does automatic ELDA registration work?
As soon as a casual worker is assigned in the roster and marked accordingly, Event Job registers them via ELDA in advance, automatically. You see the status per head in the portal. If someone does not show up, the registration moves to a cancellation approval list that you approve manually within the statutory window.
What does an authority see during an inspection?
The authority receives an inspection access valid for 30 days per event - no account and no app install. A QR scan reveals the ELDA registration, IDs and security clearances. For hours you control the release: target hours are visible first, and you release the actual hours after an internal review.
Can we work with subcontractors?
Yes. You hand roster positions to partner companies - as a capacity pool or position by position. The partner staffs them independently while you, as the event owner, keep visibility into worker data and the compliance control. Partners with their own system integrate fully via our API.
Does the app work without internet?
Yes. The apps are fully offline-capable. Check-ins, hours and scans are captured locally with a timestamp and synchronise automatically once a connection returns - crucial in a packed stadium where the mobile network is overloaded.
What does Event Job cost?
Event Job comes in five packages from S to XXL, from €139 per month. Every package includes the full feature set; they differ only in capacity (worker-days per month). On top there is a one-time onboarding fee and, on overage, €2.00 per additional worker-day. Which package fits, we are happy to work out in a demo.
Where does our data live?
The servers are located in the EU, the operation is GDPR compliant, there are daily backups and a backup data centre for minimal downtime. Your data stays your data.
